Yesterday, I saw on the news that Paris Hilton's brother was arrested for DUI. This was on Headline News, so as you can imagine, they spent about 20 minutes among three or four of them raving about it. You know what I said right after seeing this, in the middle of a restaurant that was (thankfully) empty?
Who gives a SHIT?! SERIOUSLY! Does the media HAVE to be so screwed up that we talk for 20 minutes about something that is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT TO EVERYTHING. What's next? The third cousin of Britney's former roommate got caught with POT!? Ooooh, let's take a half hour talking about the ramifications of listening to Spear's songs. Heath Ledger? Heath Ledger, Heath Ledger, Heath Ledger. He died of an OVERDOSE, GO HOME. We GET it. And also, we can't dream of passing up a minute detail of a murdered female marine, but we can completely ignore whole scores of homeless vets. God Bless America, and God Bless her fucking media. |

i agree wholeheartedly. this is why i do not watch the news, because i end up wanting to climb a clock tower and start popping off people.

I DONT WATCH THE NEWS EITHER! i couldnt shit less about the things those turds talk about. seriously i dont even watch t.v. anymore.
where do these ppl get off thinking that one random persons DUI is soo important that they ignore REAL issues. it's just wrong. fucked up. |
