Take a screwdriver and unscrew all the screws on the back of your computer. Take off the case and clean out all the dust inside. Then, take a look at the computer chips that are lined up together near the back. You'll recognize them because they poke out through the metal slots on the rear panel. One of these chips is your USB card. To find your USB card, take a look at the relative position of your USB ports and that should be where your USB card is. Take a screwdriver and take out the supporting screw. Carefully remove it and clean off any dust that may have accumulated. Blow on the edges to make sure that there's no dust or dirt on the metal connectors. Then put the USB card back in and make sure it's completely inserted and wedged in tight. Put all the screws back in and try again.
