<b>DETAILS</b> <i>how they met</i> IU and Heo Jung would have met when they were young children. She would have been one of the play dates he had as a child They were friends up to the point he was around ten years old when IU was sent off to boarding school. They communicated through letters for some time but it didn't last long. By the time Heo Jung was twelve they were no longer speaking to each other.<br><br>
Nothing negative happened it was just growing apart because of distance. When they were kids they used to play husband and wife, Heo Jung cutely promised IU that he'd marry her when they were older so she could be a princess. <br><br>
<i>what happens now</i> Now IU has returned to Korea after a situation that occurred where she was studying. She remembers the promise Heo Jung made to her and wants him to marry her. Since they're both of an age where they can get legally married IU wants them to marry right away. What happened to IU is that she's pregnant.<br><br>
Being of high standing she can't marry the man who impregnated her who happens to be one of her tutors. IU wanted to run away with him but it turned out he doesn't love her as much as she loves him. So left with no choice she reconciled with her friend from the past, Heo Jung, and is trying to get his help.<br><br>
They will get married but they won't love each other. IU is still in love with the father of her baby while Heo Jung is in love with his own body guard. The two agree to have more of a business marriage and pretend that IU's baby is Heo Jung's. There are two possibilities for what happens with IU. One is she dies giving birth to the baby and Heo Jung raises it. The second is the real father of the baby contacts her and she decides to run away with him leaving the baby behind at his request. She is a sweet girl but stupid in love with a guy that's a bit heartless.
