 Dangerous terrain tests, (And negating them)

Not really a tactic, but something I noticed yesterday, is that you can take invulnerable saves after failing dangerous terrain tests. Previously thought that dangerous terain just caused a wound outright.

After all these years playing 40K, there are still things in the rulebook that I haven't noticed! facepalm2.gif

Mostly, this makes me want to built some BA vanguard vets with storm shields and fly them through ruins, but on a lesser scale it could be used for raptors with MoT, although obviously less effective then.

Yeah, it's a nice little thing when moving around DPs in cover. Unfortunately it wouldn't have helped my raptorcide squad when I lost 60% of it to dangerous terrain tests in a single round... sad.gif
