Replying to nalzeroth's thread
here made me wonder about what the general consensus on correct ettiquiete (sp?) is on letting other people handle your models.
Certainly, I always ask before picking up anyone else's models to look at.
In a game like blood bowl, it's generally impossible to play without handling an opponent's players. In 40K/fantasy, the controlling player removes casualties anyway, so it normally doesn't happen, unless my opponenet asks me to remove models that are on the opposite side of the table to him.
But in general, I wouldn't be impressed if someone just picked up one of my guys without asking, although thinking about it, I'm not even sure if that's ever happened. I'm mostly picturing various passers bvy over the years doing that almost characteristic thing of bending right over the table to get a facefull of miniatures :lol: I'm so used to people doing tha, and do it myself so often, it'd never occurred to me it might look a little odd!
Anyway, I digress; what would you guys expect of your opponenets with regard your models, and how do you treat your opponent's models.
