A few things to keep in mind:
- This map is huge. Each island should be able to support multiple 'kingdoms' at least. Please keep the scale in mind when writing!
- This shows very general land cover types - mountains, rivers, trees, and plains. If you want to adapt something that isn't there, go right ahead! For example: a small forest in the plains area, a stream that isn't marked, a marshland, an island, etc. - this is all ok!
- Don't go totally crazy and redraw the whole map - but keep in mind that this is just for continuity and general reference.
- As we write stories, we can add 'canon' information such as cities and kingdoms that we make up to the map. But if it isn't on the map, don't worry too much about stepping on someone else's written info.
- My art abilities suck. If anyone is better with photoshop than me and wants to improve my scribbly mountains, please let me know. I kept everything in layers.
