It may not have the most healthy recipes but if your looking for some good old fashion EASY TO MAKE recipe ideas this is the book for you! I got it and have cooked tons out of it and its so easy! From the fried chicken,stuffed pork chops,ribbion meatloaf is amazing and all the cakes are yummy
But remember in the words of Ms Yearwood "Everything in moderation, including moderation"  |

Italian Cream Cake is amazing. I love it! Filled with calories but really good
But there are all these recipies that Trisha and her mom and sister say "every good southern girl...." and they say how each girl has her own recipe in the south....And here I sit going ummmmm not this southern girl! So once I get better I am going to try to make my own Pickles! lol |
