The 1st Chapter

And so begins the story of this times. After the fall of the White Feather Imperial Cavalry from disorder and continuous rebellions due to attacks of bands and bandits, the land camed to ruin. In this weakness, some warriors saw power and rule of the land, so the forces started to appear.

By that time, Zhang Run was fighting alongside his sworn brother, Gan Zhang, in order to subdue some well known mercenaries in Han Zhong. After they finished off with some of their main heads, like three weaponmasters and five defense leaders, the two brothers claimed all who wanted to join them in their path to uniffy the land and to peacefuly rule it.

It was then when almost all of the mercenary troops sided the two Zhangs and they claimed Han Zhong as their main base and future capital for their dream of uniffication and prosperity of the land, while they named their kingdom as the "Zhang Dynasty". Their ideal was also to restore the old days of glory of the White Feather Imperial Court under their kingdom's stamp.

At first their force was more like a band, because they focused on improving the war abilities of their troops and they also made strong developments in the city's administration. Zhang Run was especially more concerned with the supplies and the city money, where he made an intensive work, while Gan Zhang was much interested in developing new weaponry and creation of stratagems, and so he wrote a strategy manual called "The 10 Steps Towards The Heavens" in which Zhang Run also colaborated with some tactics and one of the ten strategies.

Soon the two brothers saw that they couldn't handle that situation alone, and they decided to recruit new generals.

Dracus Zeros, after leaving the now bloodstained city headed south after the rebels, Mongolian soldiers he thought considering the warhorses some had. As he headed down a path that was heavily trodden from horses and ballistaes. He smelled smoke (his training with the knight had helped all his senses, including the sixth sense) and looked for dark patches in the sky. After looking for what seemed hours he finally found a hint of smoke coming from the east area. He Moved as quickly as he could to reach the fire's place and he what he saw was horrible.

After a few minutes of gaping in awe at what appeared to be a giant, and a giant he was being at least 9 foot and as wide as 2 men, his arms had the vague appearance of treetrunks. The giant's armor was all black and had spikes at the shoulders, elbows, knees, and all over his back. On the tip of each spike there appeared to be poison-tipped, On the chest was a skull insignia painted in what appeared to be blood. Other than the giant there were about 100 warhorses, 10 ballistaes, 2 catapults, and about 900,000 soldiers. How these soldiers managed to move without much notice was amazing to Zeros. Then Zeros saw Falcons in the air and immediatly hid, odds are those falcons were trained scouts. Zeros waited til night fall and ran to his birth city, Di Dao.

Dracus Zeros ran from house to house warning the men to prepare and the women to run.

"Get some militias prepared, get the town fortified, take positions in the towers!!" Zeros went yelling through the town.

a short balding man on a horse rode up to Zeros and asked

"WHAT do you think you are doing? Trying to get everyone in an uproar?"

"No." Zeros replied, "but i am trying to save you all. An army of raiders, or rebels, are coming this way."

The man started cracking up, "RAIDERS?" hahahahahaha "Do you think we were born yesterday?" hehehehehehehehe "Hey you look kinda familiar, you are uh... the drunk's son!!" Hahahahahahahaha "Tell your lies somewhere else?" hohohohohohohoho "or maybe we should keep you as a village idiot."

At this point Zeros drew his claymore, "Never call me an Idiot, or refer to me as the 'drunk's son,' look in the sky are there usually that many falcons in the air? Trust me and if it isn't true than what do you have to lose? Just a night sleep. They have a giant soldier there, so I don't suggest you go back to sleep."

"What, you are right, there are a lot of falcons, fine we will go with your little joke, soldiers take positions, be ready for our 'Enemy.'"

A soldier from the nearest tower yelled down, "Sir, the man is telling the truth, there is an army coming."

Zeros grumbled to himself, "Bring it."

Cao David and his brothers were enjoying a feast and were training and powering up tere armies till they realized a barbarian army of 20,000 men strong and laughed at this sad attempt of war and the three brothers launched a massive war strike on them killing all of the barbarians.

then they road to claim a new city for the Cao kingdom adn Brother dyasty.
They find a old run down poor village desperite for a leader and food david and his brothers gave them rations and troops for protection then the governer gave the rights of the city of Lu men Chao to Cao David which Cao David gave to his brother Cao Ryan to make him a ruler of his own city.

After which Ryan created the city to be called older Cao city which prospered on money and military so Cao Ryans city became the most popular of the three cities creating what they call the unity period of the Brother Dynasty.
each city was known for certain aspects.

The older Cao city ruled by Cao Ryan is known for its wealth and popularity the most beutiful of the three cities.

The Two Cao City Ruled by Cao Michael was known for its Military Raiding armies mainly built of the fastest calvary adn the most barberic men truly a advasary if fought agains this City some called this city the Barbarian capitol of China.

The One Cao City was ruled by Cao David who ruled the intire kingdom this city was known for its greatest and most powerful army adn the most poweful tactics the city brought much welath but was aimed at a military and agricultural city.

After So Cao David returned to his city he was forming a army to prapare for a invasion of one of the major enamy cities to take there cities adn make them surender to the Brothers.

As Zeros waited for the enemies to actually attack there were people running everywhere, 'cowards' thought Zeros, his village hadn't even had a chance to run around like beheaded chickens. Feeling he couldn't just sit there any more he went around looking at the cities defenses, making a mental list.

1) They had only 1,000 men ready for fighting.
2) There was a wooden barricade and after that a stone wall.
3) There were also 10 stone towers ranging around the inner wall
4) on 2 of the towers there was a ballistae
5) there was also one catapult
6) the soldiers were equiped with thick metal armor and excellent blades, and strong longbows with arrows, that could be covered in pitch and sent ablaze.

Altogether absolutely useless against the army with the giant. *Thunk Thunk Thunk* three flaming ballistae bolts fly over the wall and land in town hall. 'More Screaming' thought Zeros Angrily, drawing his sword.

"Archers light arrows and fire upon the ballistaes and catapults, swordsmen prepare behind the wall, and FIRE THE BALLISTAE" Yelled Zeros. Zeros could hear the light thunks of arrows on the other side of the wall, and the screaming.

*CREEEAAASH* the wall in front of him was blown away. Enemy soldiers were charging through the newly made hole, they, being armed only with spears and light armor stood no chance against the defenders, but slowly they fought through the defense. 'Fun time' thought Zeros then charged in.

The first soldier was stabbing a defender in the face as he was cleaved in half. Enemies were flying left and right, defenders were staying way back.

A thick club suddenly came out of nowhere and sent Zeros flying, the giant had arrived.

As his army prepared for an massive invasion it seems clear that they are the ones on the defencive as they see a massive army of troops mainly Land pirates.

As David saw this he think "I have never seen land pirates this match will be intense" Land pirates are usually richer and more powerful then sea pirates and even some rulers do to the fact they aim for rich areas that most fear to attack.

Davids rmy begins to mobilize and set up.

the 100,000 troops wait inside the fortress while the other 100,000 troops go off to protect the main village outside the fortress.

As this happened the cataplts begin launching fire upon the pirate army hiting them with rounds and rounds of boulders killing many.
