charming, california - population 2,082. a quiet town set in the hills of california near the nevada border, charming lives up to its name. here, one can find the old time barbershop with the candy stripe poll, the mom and pop stores, and children playing stick ball on the streets. there aren't any starbucks or game stops. it's like going back in time to a quaint little 1950s town in the good old usa. you know, if it weren't for the bikers.
