Defamation was the closest category match I could find. The site in question seems to be in violation of at least these terms of service:

"*is illegal, misleading, harmful, malicious, hateful, threatening, bullying, harassing, discriminatory, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence;"

The webmaster is falsely claiming to be some sort of law enforcement official, thus likely illegal.

The webmaster openly asks people to bully the users of another website: "Find some SA members that are also SMF members to cause such a sir[sic] on SMF, that Anton will have no choice but to offer me a settlement." "Make one of those two squeal and come here, and re-open my account on SA so I can close this case and I will also close the case against SA." He also threatened to blackmail a user of another website.

Pretending to be a law enforcement official could fall under this as well.

Got it. I was given some information about the complaint and now it seems now I have come to the following conclusion.

It was you, most of the information including this quote matches perfectly. It's no secret that what I was asking for is one of the factors that closed the case.

Now for starters, SA(somethingawful.com) started their fight against me causing to be one of the first cases and I'm still waiting for a settlement.

Now, you to make a false claim that I carry a police badge or something like that was an illegal act in itself because I never said I carried a badge.

I impersonate people like say other members(OFP officers) as I remember, completely 100% untrue. If so, why hasn't cattleboy showed up at the new site yet? Is he moving on with his life or do I have something better to do. I think he just moved on after the site was frozen.

Now, webs.com staff will remember you and the complaint you filed so now I think you need to go back and tell them you made a mistake, because that fact to me is clear.

Just to make it clear to Mr. X,

By official Judgement call; you will do one of the following
Option A: You will tell me and everyone else who you are.
Option B: You will go back to webs.com and tell the abuse team that you made a mistake and wish to retract your statement.

I don't want to hear from you again until you have done at least one. Also, the webs.com team is expecting you, so don't make them wait.
